The Boulder and Denver-based health-focused restaurant, Rush Bowls, is expected to open its doors to Fort Collins this spring when it joins Harmony Commons. Rush Bowls offer a unique twist on smoothies serving a refreshing mixture of fresh fruit smoothies mixed with granola in an easy-to-eat bowl. Unlike smoothie competitors, there are no added sugars and the restaurant can accommodate almost any dietary restriction.
